Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 ripe avocado, halved, stone removed,
- 70g (1/4 cup) thick natural yoghurt
- 20g (1/4 cup) cheddar cheese, finely grated
- rice crackers, to serve
Method
- Place avocado in a small bowl and use a fork to mash until almost smooth. Add yoghurt and cheese, and stir until the mixture is well combined. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with rice crackers.
